Attention Coordinators you can register attendees for your school or they can register themselves. 

If your school is a GIBS member you are allowed to send TWO teachers free of charge to each sharing session. If multiple sessions occur on the same day, you are still allowed to bring TWO teachers to each of these sessions free of charge. If you are unsure if you are a current GIBS member, please log into your account on the GIBS website.

Additional teachers: 3-5, are $25 each per sharing session, payable to GIBS.

Registration includes a continental breakfast and lunch.

Cancellation or Changes to Registration

• To cancel, please cancel your own registration by logging into your GIBS account. Cancellations will not be accepted within 72 hours of the Roundtable.

Facilitators

• Read through the GIBS Handbook for Sharing Session information.
• Facilitators will receive a $100 stipend.
• Communicate with participants ahead of time and set an agenda.
• Ensure participants sign in.
• Communicate with Hosting School Coordinator needs for Sharing Sessions.
• Submit Honorarium Form (refer to forms page) to Bob Brooks rgbrooks1@cox.net or mail to GIBS.

Hosting School

• Read through the GIBS Handbook for Sharing Session information.
• Provide space, wifi, name tags and AV (if needed)
• Provide breakfast and lunch (maximum $15 per person)
• Communicate with participants about directions/parking/logistics.
• Collect sign in sheets to submit for breakfast/lunch reimbursement.
• Fill out appropriate forms for breakfast/lunch reimbursement.
• Submit forms to Bob Brooks for reimbursement (make copies for yourself) rgbrooks1@cox.net or mail to:
